• Clear instructions on how to take the sample
• Free return shipping of the samples back to the laboratory
• Free technical support via phone, email or messaging platforms regarding sample locations and method of sampling
• Free technical support on understanding the results as well as support and advice on any actions or next steps that may be required.
• An official certificate of the result sent out electronically

 The submission time is the time between taking the sample (filling the bottle) and the laboratory receiving it. The laboratory will process samples that fall outside of the submission time, but these results may not be in adherence to UKAS, British Standard, ISO or HSG guidelines as applicable.

Inorganic Testing: Cyanide, Cyanide, Cyanide, Fluoride, Nitrite(S), Nitrate(S), SodiumD, Manganese, IronDF, Aluminium, Selenium d, Nickel, Di, Mercury, D, Lead, Diss, CopperDF, Chromium, Cadmium di, BOROND, Arsenic di, Antimony. Organic Testing VOC in Water Suite: Volatile Organic Compounds: Benzene, 1,2 dichloroethane, Vinyl chloride, tetrachloroethene, Trichroloethene and Trihalomethanes. PAH Suite: Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons PAH: Benzo(a)pyrene and Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Organochlorine pesticides: Aldrin, Dieldrin, Heptachor, Heptachlor epoxide and all the Organochloride pesticides. Organophosphorus pesticide’s. Acrylamide. Bromate. Epichlorohydrin. Microbiology: TVC @ 22 & 37oc Coliforms, E.coli, Intestinal Enterococci.

The samples need to be taken in the following bottles:

• 2 LTRS WATER IN CLEAN BOTTLE WITHOUT SODIUM THIOSULPHATE
• 4 LTRS IN AMBER GLASS BOTTLES
• 500ml STERILE BOTTLE DOSED WITH SODIUM THIOSULPHATE (FOR THE MICRO SAMPLES)
