Dantek is a specialist water hygiene company committed to providing water hygiene and water treatment services throughout the UK. We are experts in the control and prevention of Legionnaires’ disease and are dedicated to keeping buildings safe.
Dantek was founded by Dan Collins and Amy Richardson in 2000, with Martin Kingdon joining in 2002. Together they have a formidable amount of experience in water hygiene and are passionate about sharing their expertise to grow the Dantek team. We are proud of our reputation and of the longstanding relationships we have built with our customers over many years.
We have an excellent, dedicated field based team of fully trained Water Hygiene Technicians, Legionella Risk Assessors and Water Treatment Engineers. By focusing on training and development we enable the team to carry out their tasks with competence and confidence giving our customers assurance and compliance.

As Co-founder Amy is responsible for ensuring the team works together to thrive and achieve our goals. Amy is also Head of HR, recruitment and fleet management.

Martin has an extensive technical knowledge of our industry and current best practice, which he shares through the training and development programme for the team Dantek.
Health, Safety and Compliance Manger
Holly holds the positions of Health & Safety and Compliance Manager, as well as Marketing Manager at Dantek. In this dual role, Holly ensures our work is safe and compliant and also spearheads strategic marketing initiatives for organisational growth.
Head of Sales
As Head of Internal Sales, Kayleigh is in charge of making sure customers get the quotes they need quickly, in the form they want – every time. Kayleigh is passionate about process innovation to improve the customer experience making us a great company to have on your team!
Head of Operations
Carol is responsible for the operations team, dedicated to providing a friendly and efficient service, ensuring our technicians are happy and our customers thrilled.
Head of Finance
Nat oversees Dantek’s financial health. Providing Management Accounts, Budgets, Forecasts, Cashflow & KPIs to help lead our strategic operating plans. Nat ensures our finances are tightly controlled to ensure long-term company growth and sustainability.
Senior Operations Co-ordinator
Sarah’s key responsibility is delivering services to our customers in Wales and the South East. Passionate about solving problems to get the right technician, in the right place, at the right time, every time!
Emma is a key member of the operations team with lead responsibility for our sample submission and certification processes. Emma successfully oversees thousands of samples per year!!!
Supporting the Head of Finance, Marion plays a pivotal role in the finance office, focused on making every commercial interaction with us smooth, efficient and painless!
