If you’ve had a Legionella Risk Assessment from us within the past six months, StaySafe is the most efficient way to keep it current, without the hassle of ad-hoc updates or multiple consultants.

From just £35 per month, StaySafe offers expert-led, proactive support throughout the year – giving you one less thing to worry about.

What’s Included in StaySafe?

StaySafe is built around keeping your assessment accurate, accessible, and aligned with real-time changes on site. Here’s what’s included in your subscription:

• Unlimited updates to your risk assessment documentation, including revised schematics – all based on customer-supplied data and completed remotely.

• A yearly site audit or virtual review to assess current documentation, site condition, and any required updates.

• Unlimited phone and email access to our technical support team for advice on guidance interpretation, sampling, remedial actions and more.

• Our Legionella Positive Resolution Guarantee – providing direct, expert-led case management if you ever receive a positive Legionella result.

What Happens If You Receive a Positive Result?

We understand how stressful it can be if a Legionella result comes back positive. That’s why StaySafe includes our Legionella Positive Resolution Guarantee.

If you alert us within 48 hours, we’ll assign you a dedicated case manager to support your response. They’ll guide you through remedial actions, help plan further sampling, and liaise with stakeholders where needed. We can also deploy specialist tools such as data loggers or chlorine dioxide units to assist with issue resolution – ensuring a fast, effective response without guesswork.

While remedial works aren’t included, we can provide quotes for any follow-up services needed.

StaySafe is available to all customers who have completed a Legionella Risk Assessment with us in the last six months. Subscriptions are based on the scope of your original assessment and start at just £35 per month, invoiced quarterly.
